I'll leave the game thoughts to someone else.
Lets talk about Devo Davis. I don't remember having someone that has such a nose for the ball and where it's going to be. Kid matures more and more every game. If he can work on his three ball over the Summer, i can see this kid as an NBA PG some day. Tough as nails, fast, great handles(still struggles some in traffic) and a very nice mid range. Plays D like Gary Payton.
Really look forward to watching him develop over the next two-three years. I can see him adding 10-15lbs of muscle to his frame without losing any speed or agility. His best attribute is that he's absolutely coachable.
Nice little three game win streak. I predicted a five game win streak. Okie State may do me in.
During the game, watching Muss i thought back to teams that i thought underachieved. The Portis team came to mind but i kept thinking what team could Muss have done more with than the prior coach and the one that kept coming to mind was the 07 team
I think the nine bolded guys would've been the rotation and Welsh being the one with the fewest but would need his shooting. I think Sonny would've been the go to guy and Muss would've rolled with this team. Would love to hear different opinions.
Great win, WPS.
