I watched the Miss St. game again. We were the better team. Granted, their QB was limited due to an injury. As common in most games, 3 to 8 plays are key in determining the outcome. We had the #1 team on the ropes at their place. 2 missed FG's hurt badly. We needed points after long successful drives. 2 penalties were momentum stoppers. The personal foul on Morgan. He was trying to protect his QB. The other was a motion penalty.

Watching that game, playing the #1 team in a very hostile environment has gotten me more excited about this upcoming season.

We are a very good team. Just need someone to step up for Flowers, Philon, Spaight, and Mitchell on defense.
