Who are the top 10 prospects in the state that could see themselves in line for offers in '17? Is the in-state group deeper than this year?
I don't see any offers for Arkansas kids listed on this site yet, but I also know coaches have a process they go through before they offer an in-state kid. Plus they're focused on this class and game-planning for the next game.
