Sen. Warren Peterson, a Republican who chairs the Judiciary Committee with Senate President Karen Fann and issued the most recent subpoenas, said the county’s audit will not satisfy him.

Wall Street Journal writer Abigail Shrier said that President Biden is delivering the “destruction of women’s sports” by allowing biological males who identify as females to compete with biological females.
“This order spells the destruction of women’s sports. It’s probably the greatest blow to women’s rights we’ve seen in decades. … Putting male bodies against male bodies, that’s what sports is about. It’s about bodies. It’s not about identification,” Shrier said during an appearance on Tucker Carlson Tonight.
The article goes on to state the following:
Biden signed an executive order last Wednesday aimed at “preventing and combating discrimination on the basis of gender identity or sexual orientation,” which mandated any school that receives federal funding must allow biological males who identify as females to participate in female sports. If the schools that receive federal funding fail to comply, they could face punishment from the Education Department.
“They tend to hide behind language of inclusivity — ‘This is more inclusive,’” Shrier continued. “The truth is, if you wanted to be inclusive, what you would do, of course, is to make sure that transgender athletes who have male bodies feel welcome and comfortable on the male teams.”
“This is actual science. … It’s also common sense,” she added. “You can lower someone’s activational levels of testosterone, OK, but it won’t make an important difference. And the reason is … male puberty confers a massive and unbridgeable and permanent advantage on male bodies.”
