According to this article by Jason Howell, Ragas had Kansas, Utah, S. MS, and ULL at the top of his list, but recent interest by the Razorbacks could change that. The Hogs haven't offered yet, but Howell's article suggests the Hogs could shoot to the top of that list if they offer.
He could be in line behind White, Whaley, Porter, and Pennamon though. If Ragas gets an offer, it could say a lot about where the Razorbacks stand with their top targets at RB.
