AAF ARIZONA HOTSHOTS

The AAF Arizona Hotshots and AAF Salt Lake City Stallions stats can be found below for the week one of the Alliance of American Football League debut. As you can see, former Wake Forest QB John Wolford had a big opening night for the AAF Arizona Hotshots and was able to throw for 275 yards and 4 touchdowns. Salt Lake City used two Quarterbacks on the night and struggled to find consistency at the QB position in week one. The AAF Arizona Hotshots ground game used four running backs successfully to set the tone in the week one matchup against the Salt Lake City Stallions.




AAF BIRMINGHAM IRON

The AAF Birmingham Iron week one stats against the Memphis Express can be found below, along with key contributors for the Birmingham Iron AAF football team in their victory. Birmingham was led by D2 Football Quarterback Luis Perez out of West Texas A & M - Commerce, who played a very consistent game going 19/33 passing for 252 yards. Former Alabama Crimson-Tide running back Trent Richardson led the Birmingham Iron's rushing game with 23 carries for 58 yards and 2 touchdowns in the big Iron victory. Christian Hackenberg struggled in his debut with the Memphis Express.




AAF ORLANDO APOLLOS

AAF Orlando Apollos week one stats can be found below against the Atlanta Legends AAF football team. Former SMU Mustang Quarterback Garret Gilbert was able to complete 15/25 passes for 227 yards and two touchdowns in the big win over Atlanta. His counterparts, Matt Simms and Aaron Murray, struggled mightily against the stout Apollos defensive unit. Akeem Hunt only carried the football a total of ten times and had 7.3 yards per carry.




AAF SAN ANTONIO COMMANDERS

AAF San Antonio Commanders week one stats against the San Diego Fleet can be found below, along with key contributors for the San Antonio AAF Commanders football team in the big win over the San Diego Fleet. Former Toledo Rockets QB Logan Woodside had a decent night with 255 yards through the air, but the San Antonio Defense was the story of the night, as they swarmed to the football to create quite an AAF QB Sack Buzz.
