First, I want to say this isn’t a bash Enos thread bc I have nothing against Enos being here and getting hired by Pittman.
What makes a coach a good coach is being able to adjust to what the roster does best. It doesn’t seem like we did enough of that this off season with KJ. I get that a coach wants to implement his system but when you have veterans @QB and RB I feel like adjusting to what they do best is better for the team, regardless of your philosophy.
We have implemented a whole new offense after we had 1 of the best offenses in the country. Really, the last two years. I feel like we should’ve kept some of the stuff we did last year regardless of a new OC.
These guys played in that system for 2 to 3 years and were having great success.
