Absolutely sucks... sitting on a 40 year old plane that smells like a dump site, my seat is broken and won't recline. Stuck on tarmac with mechanical issues. Had my status knocked down a level because of the United merger. They now also charge for 2nd bag. The list is endless. Was exec platinum for years.
Meanwhile, my boys are belly up at the atl airport waiting for me to head to augusta. Will have to tell them to go on without me if delayed any longer. Should have flown cattle call southwest. At least they are on time. Wish AA had gone under a few years back.
