The NCAA has said nothing about changing the 85 limit for future years, only that the returning seniors don't count against the 85 in 2021. Now there can and will be some
attrition, transfers or quits to free up space on the 85 but typically not that many. Weird situation. Seems like they will need a multi-year transition period for this
anomaly they've created.
