OT Anyone have issues switching from Annual to Monthly on Rivals?

I may be traveling out of the country for a new job and be offline for long periods of time so i wanted to switch from Annual to Monthly.

My annual billing is this Sunday Sept 27th but Rivals told me today that they can't switch me to Monthly just yet since my Annual hasn't ended and best thing is to CANCEL my membership and then start a new one on Monday. They can't have my ID listed twice in their billing system. And wouldn't you know my renewal is on a weekend day.

Since I've been on here since 2007 I hate to start all over. Anyone know another way or was able to migrate successfully without issue?
