OT Anyone have some new BBQ/Smoker stories to share?

I hosted about 15 or so folks on Saturday. Smoked a full pork tenderloin and pork shoulder (both purchased at Sam's Club). Also tried my hand at making some white bbq sauce for the first time, and was very happy with how it turned out.

I use a masterbuilt electric smoker.
