FAYETTEVILLE — The Arkansas football team held its fourth practice of 2024 fall camp Saturday evening on the outdoor grass and turf fields at the Fred W. Smith Football Center in Northwest Arkansas.
Arkansas was sporting shoulder pads for the second day in a row and the media was allowed in for six periods of practice. We were able to see five periods of individual drills and one period of 1-on-1s and inside zone drills. There was not fastball period, which means there's no depth chart from Saturday's practice.
- It was an evening practice and they didn't really do anything interesting.
- For the second day in a row, no Patrick Kutas. Anton Juncaj did not participate for the second day in a row, but he was walking around the fields. Ty'Kieast Crawford was back after missing yesterday's practice.
- I really like the way secondary coach Deron Wilson approaches practice. He's very hands-on and does a lot of the drills with the guys. He seems like a very 1-on-1 type guy who is personable.
- We did get to watch some 1-on-1s in the red zone at the end of practice. Video from that is posted below. Good view of a nice Davion Dozier TD and a Larry Worth PBU against Isaac TeSlaa.
DT Eric Gregory
DE Kavion Henderson
LB Anthony Switzer
HC Sam Pittman
DC Travis Williams
LB Mason Sheuck
LB Wyatt Simmons
DC Travis Williams
OT Fernando Carmona Jr.
