One thing I have noticed about this staff is that they are very specific on who they target. They also target these kids with alot more confidence than previous coaching staffs we have had. We have 11 commits right now with a lot of room to work. Every year we see kids flip their committment to other schools and it is only July so no need to stand so close to the cliff when we hear of recruits committing elsewhere right now, alot can change between now and then. I think this staff is very careful on who they "accept" a committment from. I get the impression that they are tring to also change the culture of how recruits percieve Arkansas. I may be way off base but to me I feel that this staff, Coach BB especially, is trying to transform the perception of an Arkansas offer as something of more value than say an offer from other SEC schools. The only way to differentiate yourself from the competition is to add value to what you have to offer. I have been very pleased with the culture change of the football team and have no doubt the culture change of recruiting will be just as rewarding. Yes we are all worried about RB's but I am pretty sure this staff knows what they are doing and I think we will all be pleased come NSD.
