Four-star receiver London Smith out of Waco, Texas, has cut his list to six schools and the Arkansas Razorbacks were included. The class of 2026 prospect also listed Baylor, Texas, Texas A&M, Tennessee and Ole Miss.

Hailing from University High School in Waco, Smith checks in at 6-foot-2, 185 pounds. He's the No. 4 receiver in the state of Texas and No. 7 overall receiver nationally in the 2026 class. According to his Hudl profile, he runs a 4.6 40-yard dash.

His father is former Baylor safety Rodney Smith, who played for the Bears from 1996-99 and he also played guard for the basketball team in 1996. His mother, Stacey, also attended Baylor and was an NCAA national champion in triple jump in 1999. Baylor was also the second team to extend a scholarship offer to Smith.

While all of that makes it seem like Smith could lean Baylor, which he visited Sept. 14, Arkansas has proved to set Texas natives up for success at the receiver position as of late. Dallas native Andrew Armstrong has caught 55 passes for 857 yards and one touchdown during a breakout season for the Hogs this year.

Rivals national recruiting director Adam Gorney recently reported that Baylor can't be counted out yet, but it feels like a two-team race between Texas and Texas A&M for Smith's commitment. That doesn't bode well for the Razorbacks, but anything is possible in today's college football.

Smith reported his Arkansas offer in March, but it doesn't look like he's visited Fayetteville yet based on his social media profiles. Smith most recently checked out Texas A&M on Oct. 5 for the Aggies' 41-10 win over Missouri.

Arkansas has two receivers — three-stars Antonio Jordan and Kamare Williams — committed in the 2025 class. The Razorbacks have six players already on board in the 2026 class, none of which are receivers.
