Just heard from Huber Heights (Ohio) Wayne four-star 2016 QB Messiah deWeaver that Arkansas has offered. A former Michigan commit, deWeaver is pretty open right now but plans to make his decision at the end of April and will take numerous visits over the next few weeks. Michigan State, Kentucky, Florida, Penn State some of the other big contenders here.
