- Despite ranking as the fifth and sixth best defensive players overall, Jaheim Singletary and Jaheim Thomas had tackling grades of 21.4 and 34.9, respectively.
- Hudson Clark again led the team in coverage grade with an 83.7.
- Defensive backs Lorando Johnson (42.0) and Alfahiym Walcott (38.8) turned in their worst performances of the season by far.
- Jayden Johnson's overall grade was just 56.7, but his rush defense grade was fourth on the team at 77.5.
- Kee'yon Stewart was the seventh worst player on the defense according to PFF, but did accumulate a 73.5 tackling grade.
