OFFENSE NOTES:
~ Quarterback KJ Jefferson set season-high grades in total offense and passing (91.1).
~ Left tackle Luke Jones has been good this year, but Saturday's grade of 62.3 was his lowest this season. His 58.9 run blocking grade was the lowest of any starting offensive lineman.
~ Running back Rocket Sanders earned a season-high 77.9 running grade, but he was only in the game for 42 of the 85 offensive snaps.
~ Freshman running back Rashod Dubinion graded out at 89.2 in the passing game. He caught four passes for 40 yards against the Cougars — both season-high marks.
~ Center Ricky Stromberg graded the highest he has all year with an 88.3 overall grade. After earning a 27.4 pass blocking grade last week, he earned an 80.1 in that category this week.
~ Receiver Matt Landers had his second best game in both the overall (74.9) and passing game (74.3) categories. His 39 passing game snaps were the second most he's ran this season (he ran 46 against Alabama).
DEFENSE NOTES:
~ After setting a season-low run defense grade last week, the Hogs' 74.9 grade in that category against BYU was the second-best mark on the year.
~ What was once a dominate pass rush for the Razorbacks has faded away. The 55.6 pass rush grade was easily the lowest this season.
~ Hudson Clark's 76.3 coverage grade was the highest on the team, while Trent Gordon's 41.7 coverage grade was the lowest.
~ Isaiah Nichols had his highest overall grade (54.9) since Week 3, when he graded out with a 50.1.
~ As he is nursing a hip injury, Bumper Pool played a season-low 41 snaps against BYU. Despite the lower snap count, he graded out with a season-best 68.0 overall grade and his 66.1 coverage grade was also his best this year.
~ Tackling continues to be an issue for Terry Hampton, who hasn't graded higher than 43.4 in that category since Week 3.
~ Jackson Woodard, Nico Davillier, Jordan Crook and Marcus Miller all played one snap each, but were not listed on the breakdown.
