Arkansas already received good news along the defensive line when defensive end Landon Jackson announced his return for the 2024 season, but the Hogs could be on the brink of adding another big time pass rusher to the fold.

Albany transfer defensive end Anton Juncaj confirmed to HawgBeat that he'll be visiting Fayetteville on January 4.

A senior for the Great Danes, Juncaj played a total of 818 snaps and finished the 2023 season with an overall Pro Football Focus grade of 90.9, a run defense grade of 86.3, a tackling grade of 58.4, a pass rush grade of 90.3 and a coverage grade of 68.5.

The 6-foot-3, 273-pound transfer finished the season with 55 total tackles, 21.5 tackles for loss, 15 sacks and five forced fumbles.

Across 24 games at Albany in two years, Juncaj racked up 84 tackles, 28.5 tackles for loss, 19.5 sacks and five forced fumbles.
