Good News
Noland , Pool and Gooden are critical 4 stars we really need.
For next season, I see Gooden as our most urgent recruit since we need him to start immediately in our DL.

I believe we have talent but we need coaches that can develop players.The coaches we have are not developing prospects. We continue to rely on jc players and never get the full two or three years of high level from them. If you want to win 9 to 10 games this must change.

I want the new HC to help Wallace and Merrick give us good OL production. Those guys were recruited by everyone so I am convinced talent is there and need some good coaching.
New HC will be Hammonds playing in space with the ball.
Recruiting needs to include a top shelf LT from JUCO. Someone who can step in next year and clean up the LT issues.
Put the 4 Star WRs on the field and let them learn on the job—Martin and Jones.
