Allen seems to be regressing back to his happy feet, poor footwork past. He throws really well when he steps into it and the pocket is clean. He doesn't have the arm strength to finish passes when he doesn't transfer his weight. Ball comes out like a pillow and lands 5 yards short.

He is scared to stand in a collapsing pocket and deliver a strike when he is going to get hit. He also starts air mailing passes early after he has been hit a few times. Respect Allen but it is what it is. We thought Enos would fix this but nothing has changed since he first started at UA - get pressure and he folds. One thing he is doing much better is running the ball.

Doesnt take a genius to know he is going to have to stand in the pocket and take hits Saturday or we have no shot to beat Bama. When CBB gets the right QB in his system we will be tough. My cruddy two cents.
