Here in the last few years I've really been struggling with back spasms. At first, I'd be lifting weights and if feel a twinge or something but here recently, I just wake up and my back will be tight and it will progress into full on spasms. They put me down for days at a time.
I had an MRI last year and my spine is relatively normal, no bulging disks or anything.
Has anyone had any success with any stretching routines that have helped. They're killing me.
