Hate this so bad for the guy, but he went down in tonight's game with what looked to me like a torn achilles. The Royals are calling it an ankle sprain for now but the MRI comes tomorrow. I have a feeling it'll be very bad news, but obviously hope not.
Just sucks. What an amazing start he was off to. Literally led them to wins in his first two games with the team, including a walk-off hit in his second one, had another double (against Drew Smyly) tonight, then he goes down with what seemed to be more than a sprain.
