Odom has transformed a defense of largely the same players (minus NFL roster players Sosa and Curl) into a unit that is an absolute force.
Along with a great D staff, he has brought the most out of talented players that underperformed in the past (Marshall, Foucha, Pool), brought out the best in the most talented (Catalon, Brooks Jr), squeezed every ounce out of walk-ons (Clark) and dudes that are all-heart (Morgan, Henry).
