Arkansas now projecting as 5 seed on basketball talk and team rankings. Basketball talk has them in the south playing WOFFORD. Winner playing LA Tech/Butler.

Power rankings HOGS are #20, right behind Baylor. The SEC needs Arkansas to win both games this week. Each Big 12 team they jump helps other SEC teams on the bubble. It could be the difference getting 6 teams instead of 5.

I believe a win at MSU locks the HOGs in for the NCAAT.. Probably a 5 seed dropping 1 seed with every loss. Win 4 of 5 for a 4 seed.

HOGS stay #18 in the AP, move to #16 in CP. Win both this week and make a jump into the top 12 and lock up at least #3 in the SECT. Then have 2 to win 1 for 2nd.

After the aTm win , Arkansas' RPI jumps 4 spots to 16. Looks like aTm is more respected than "some" would lead you to believe.
