Well, is there any doubt left that he either allows his coaches to openly fail when he knows their calls will fall short OR he is too inept to determine if the calls being made can deliver positive results?
Either answer is unacceptable on this level as one play can determine a game and one game can determine a season. In a game of inches he is willing to give up miles in regards to decision making. Being either by design or incompetence it is highly troubling and IMO a critical flaw.
