Big 12 Expansion

It appears that Big 12 coaches do not want to do anything to dilute recruiting in the state of Texas with any future expansion. So my question is would it help the SEC if we added Univ. of Houston to the SEC. Would add huge TV market. Would it hurt of help Hogs recruiting? Could really affect A&M recruiting IMO.
