I love the fact that he knows other coaches follow him and wait for him to find gems but he only shows them what he had in the right hand. He will allow them to jump on average gems but the superior gems he keeps in the left hand and offers right at the last minute so the other coaches have no idea. I really like the way he seems to out work and out maneuver coaches in recruiting gems.
