Ive seen post after post talking about how Kelly and Noland don’t fit the system. Where is this coming from? It’s a spread system. Would it be great if the QB can run? Yes, but it’s not a deal breaker. SMU QB this year ran for 79 yards the entire season. I think some of you see Deshaun Watson and think that’s what it has to be. That’s ideal but not a must. IMO Noland is a perfect fit. This is basically what he did at Greenwood. Cole needs to work on his accuracy but I think he can be a good fit. He gives you enough of a run threat on the RPO stuff.
