This is the second part of what will be a 5 part series, we'll vote on which of these insects/spiders would be the ultimate deathmatch foe.
Each round will last 24 hours, and voting locations will be linked. This event will span a couple weeks, having 5 total parts. Part 1 is Large Land Animals. Part 2 will be Insects and Spiders, Part 3 will be Birds and Other Flyers and Part 4 will be Aquatic Animals. Part 5 will have the winners of each bracket face off in an ultimate final four to determine the baddest animal out there.
Here's the premise:
-These insect and spiders all face off in a neutral environment in a battle to the death.
-1 member of each species.
-Your job is to vote for the insect or spider you believe would win this fight to the death.

The fine folks of Hawgbert have spoken, here are your remaining contenders:
Before discussing the Final Four, we want to apologize to fan favorite, Mantis. Mantis, you were criminally underrated, and the committee promises not to make the same mistake next year.
The Final Four wasn't particularly close with both Murder Hornet and Funnel Web Spider picking up decisive victories. Fitting, as the committee ranked these two as our top 2 contenders overall. Who will be the ultimate Insects and Spiders champ? Well, lettuce find out.....
Things to know to inform your vote:
1. Murder Hornets: Literally murder anything it feels like. 4 inches long, razor sharp mandibles, and a poisonous sting.
2. Funnel-Web Spider: Most venomous spider in the world. Can reach the size of a Tarantula but with poison that'll kill in minutes.
Vote:
Only vote once for each. The site shouldn't allow more than one vote per user, but please use the honor system anyway.
How I voted:
Funnel Web Spider
There can only be one.
