The only way they get back into the game is to hit 3s and get second chance points w offensive rebounds so we go to a zone and they hit 3s and rebound. Tex A&m goes to a zone and of course we can't hit a shot. A serious common sense coaching blunder.

So, if a player hits a shot, great coaching. If he misses, poor coaching.

My point was changing defenses to a zone up with a big lead inviting the 3 pt shot. Along with the zone defense comes poor rebounding for a team that already does a bad job in that department. We beat a poor basketball team at home, and are lucky we don't play in the Big 12, ACC, Pac 12,or Big 10. We would have more than 5 losses.

And this collapsing on a driver only to invite the dish out to the wide open 3 is getting old. They will hit wide open 3s.
