Preface this by saying I have no inside info. But under no circumstances do I believe that he was benched in OT because he was late for breakfast. Doesn't pass the smell test. He played the whole regulation game. He was in the game when we were trying to score in the end.
Then he came up gimpy. There's no doubt in my mind he was hurt and because of that not able to go in OT.
The question is - how hurt? Hurt enough that he couldn't play when we needed him most. Until I see him play, I'm going to remain concerned that his injury may be more serious than we may have been led on. And, who knows if we'll even see him this week vs, UTM?
