Concussion ... movie with Will Smith telling the story ...

[Sir Dennis Eeatin-Hog]

of the doctor in Pittsburgh who discovered the CTE disease that has plagued NFL players who have suffered multiple concussions. Apparently, the NFL did a lot of work to discredit this doctor's findings, and allegedly pressured Sony into toning down the story-telling in the movie that was antagonistic toward the NFL.
