Could we pay to keep a top coach?

that brings up a good question....are we a big enough fish in the sea to pay the money to keep a Top coach. If Coach B or anyone else were to win up a SEC title and get us in a 4 team playoff game...COULD or WOULD be pay him a 5-7 million $ salary? if the NFL or Texas type school were to come calling would we pay to keep him?

I would hope we could or would but what do you think?
