Unless it is a smokescreen while the 'Boys maneuver to get AP or someone else via trade, it appears as though the DMAC signing was not a stop-gap after all, but Plan A. I don't believe the Cowboys are looking at FAs as possible starters, because the available ones have been out there for awhile, yet JJ and crew targeted and signed DMAC. Things can and will change between now and OTAs, rookie and mini camps, then fall camp / pre-season, but right now DMAC looks to be the man at RB in Dallas.
