It’s been an ordeal to get fiber internet in our new construction home.
Went with Cox until OzarkGo can get out to us in about 3 months.
Anybody know why our modem would be allowing us to connect to WiFi without it working. Great connection, but nothing..
Never used fiber before and not familiar with the modem on a reset.
It’s Sunday (no tech support), and I’d like to get it resolved before a work day tomorrow.
At this point we’ve only tried our phones. TVs, laptops to follow..
