So, what is your favorite type of craft beer?
I've been on a Tart/Sour kick for awhile, probably due to this brutal heat and those are crushable this time of year.
Two weeks ago, Springhill had a ton of different Sours, so I picked up a shopping cart full. Sweetwater Tropical Lover is currently leading on my list of goodies. Other ones I tend to seek out are New Belgium's Lips of Faith series, La Folly and the other one. If I can find it, Kentucky Peach (sour peach aged in bourbon barrels) made by Cascade Brewing is a favorite. I also like the one that Goose Island does too (another Peach Sour).
Outside of that, I try to hit Rebel Kettle up for one of theirs. Rob Knarly is my 'go-to', while the Purple Dinosour, Currant Crush, and Key Lime Pie (Sour Farm Saisons) all have been very good.
Cheers!
