Danny,
The next few days could really set the tone and direction for the program as coaches try to find a replace the production of Madden, Qualls, Harris, and Portis. Coaches have brought in Colorado transfer PF Dustin Thomas (6'7, 225) - who was the #28 PF and #150 player overall in 2013, but he'll have to sit out a year. Add to that the signing of 4* PG/SG Jimmy "Buckets" Whitt (#55, 6'2, 165) and 4* PF Ted Kapita (#58, 6'8, 215), and the Hogs have a pretty solid class so far. Additionally, the prospect of adding 3* C Ebuka Izundu (6'9, 210) today and possibly 4* SG KeVaughn Allen (#67, 6'2, 165) tomorrow certainly gets fans in a tizzy!

I feel pretty solid about Izundu, but the Allen situation is a tough one to read. If we miss on Allen, who are the Hogs still looking at? Is 3* SG LaGerald Vick (6'5, 175) of Memphis, TN still an option? Are there any quality prospects out there that are possibilities that you are aware of that you can share? I saw where JUCO SF Ty Outlaw (6'6, 205) has already committed to VA Tech, and it appears that 3* SF Dikembe Dixson (6'7, 190) is no longer an option. 3* SF Melvin Frazier (6'6, 185) has committed to Tulane, and 3* C Kyle Alexander (6'10, 200) is committed to the Vols. Pickings are getting slim, and I'm trying to avoid a "high-expectations" hangover.

Got any good news you can share beyond the option of saving a scholarship for the deep and talented 2016 class?
