I know that recruiting isn't the primary responsibility of our coordinators and that they aren't going to be uncovering very many guys, but I think it's an added bonus if they have that natural ability.
It seems like the current players love him and I know he's the lead recruiter on high caliber guys that are interested in Arkansas like Calloway and Brian Williams, but how would you describe Rhoads' recruiting ability? Is he a guy that could jump on a defensive recruit late in the process and help lock them down? How would he compare to Robb in that regard? Thanks in advance.
