Danny/Trey ? On Coaching Staff

I've noticed that in a lot of these talks Danny has with recruits the coaching staff's honesty during the recruiting process is highlighted.

Could you guys flesh out what sort of things they might be referring to? Our coaches don't mention it much, but it's seems to be a competitive advantage with recruits.
