Considering what Ty turned down to be the QB for his state and hog fans, what he could have done but didn't due to his upbringing. He never flinched when the big time programs came calling and didn't make any crazy announcement video's when he committed. Ty never forgot who he was or where he came from.

The kid has razorback in his blood and was the future of the Arkansas program, now the coaches take another QB from California of all places. TY wasn't aware of this move when pledging to the team he loved and followed growing up. He stood up at the catfish hole and knew every word to the fight song before even getting to campus.

Ricky town never looked at Arkansas during his recruitment and out of no where decides he wants to come here and be believes his is our future QB. A lot of glitz and glamour around this kid that Ty doesn't have and never attempted to get.

Ty gave his word to Arkansas under what he knew and more than likely what he was told from the coaches. He has every right to consider his options just as the coaches consider their own.

Everyone seems excited about this California kid but it's Ty Storey that stands for everything that is right about Arkansas. Putting yourself in Ty's shoes or his families position, it would be difficult to see this as a positive for Ty.

Obvious that both QB's can't be the starter in the future.

Rich kid vs the poor kid.

The nationally known recruit vs the under the radar forgotten recruit.

The country boy vs the City kid.

Hope Ty kicks his butt.

Goodnight
