When Arkansas has been good we had difference makers. Where are the difference makers that Bielema has recruited? Collins looks like a shell of the player we had in 2014. JWill, Hatcher, Ellis, and Henry were all recruited by other coaches. For all of the hype about the WR's, Drew Morgan who is a Tim Horton recruit, is the one taking Hatcher's spot. We have put our emphasis on recruiting the lines and neither side looks SEC caliber at the moment. LB recruiting has been very poor. Defensive backs are the best group, imo.
Bielema hyped this team up. He told us this is the best and deepest d-line he has ever coached. These guys can't get to the QB against UTEP and Toledo. Bielema said that Kirkland is the best tackle he has ever coached. He made similar remarks about Ragnow at C. It seems everything has been all hype and we are being sold a bill of goods.
Right now we look like a big slow team that doesn't have any playmakers and I don't see any in the pipeline.
