You can't just blame the coaches and retain any credibility without admitting the difficulties in recruiting SEC caliber kids to Fayetteville. No one in Texas, Louisiana or Georgia grows up dreaming of heading to Arkansas to play football. It has to be incredibly difficult to sell that to a kid that can pick his school. Put it in perspective. We're all upset because one Texas kid picked Texas and another picked Florida (who remains a brand name), and Louisiana kid picked LSU. It's always going to be this way. What's happening in Oxford is an anomaly and likely illegal. I'm very disappointed today but maybe we should focus a little more on the wins. Getting Guidry and Harris to leave their home state, Sosa staying home, among others. These are recruiting wins we forget because they didn't happen today and that's unfortunate.
