Literally every time a coaching search happens people worry about certain candidates because they are "afraid that he will leave in just a few years".
Guess what. It's never happened here. Never. And also, if it ever does happen, it means that the guy has kicked some serious butt while he was here in order for a school above us in the hierarchy to want him. I'm talking Top 10 finishes. That's what it would take for Top Tier schools or the NFL to take notice of our coach. Maybe it's just me, but I'm ok with that. That's some serious foundation being built for the next guy to come in and continue. Beats the heck out of someone having to essentially start over from scratch like we have seen with our last 2 hires.
