I told myself I was not going to get back online for a week, but I guess I am just addicted to this site and my Razorbacks. I have been just emotionless or numb since a few minutes into the second half last night. I was just so sure this years team was going to put our program back on the map and recruiting would really take off.
We have a senior/junior team that should be strutting its stuff and we should be all be loving it right now. The injury to J-Will I believe has been the collapse of this team. He was the leader and the work-horse. Sure the other injuries have hurt the O, but on the other side our OL looks weak and below average. Guys like JoJo and Reed have not added the speed we need to spread the field. We just do not have a RB right now that can carry our offense.
On D we look slow and not mentally tough. Missing tackles we were making last year. Our DL puts no pressure on the QB. Our DBs look lost for the most part and are just not prepared to play against the speed of TTU or Toledo.
I have been so high on CBB, but I am just numb to the whole Razorback experience right now. We need to find it within this team to knock off a top rated team soon and get back whatever mojo we had at the end of last year or we may sink of to some really deep dark place and never recover. Programs are just to hard to build. Maybe we can find a DMAC somewhere that can make us into a team to watch.
