I agree that our constitution allows for the freedom of speech (and freedom of expression too?). I think people who want to burn the American Flag should be allowed to do it without any malice or hate on our part as we escort them over into Mexico, Cuba, or Canada. Burn the flag and we cut the red tape of the slow moving legal system and immediately exile you from our borders. Plain and simple. They have their freedoms to burn our flag and we have the freedom to respond accordingly to their actions by revoking their citizenship.

^^^im with that if you extend the same courtesy to those who fly or wear the Confederate flag, as it is the battle flag for a confederation of secessionist American states. Which would make it treasonous to wear it, represent it, or fly it since they tried to overthrow the current government or the Union (today's United States).

They weren't trying to overthrow the union government, they were trying to break away from it and form their own country, like the founding fathers did with Britain when they felt they were being repressed.
