An email just popped up in my inbox announcing the creation of the Blessings Collegiate Invitational, which will be played at the Rogers course Oct. 5-7. It's a 54-hole stroke play competition with all 14 men's and women's golf teams competing on the same course and in the same conditions throughout the week. That means it'll be one of the three competitions each SEC team is allowed to compete in this fall.
Fans won't be allowed to attend, but there will be volunteer opportunities and it'll be broadcast live on the Golf Channel.
