Ok, I know in the scheme of things that this is pretty insignificant, but it's my pet peeve when listening to football broadcasts. Anytime the ball is placed inside the one, it's called the half-yard line or six-inch line...whatever the distance is. There is no line 6 inches, half-yard or a foot from the goal line. I get their point, but I can't get passed the fact that they're calling it a line where there isn't one. That's all.
