Dylan Hays is a Hog. As for signing an actual National Letter of Intent with Arkansas on Wednesday, Dylan says it's just a "maybe" as of right now. It sounds as if Arkansas hasn't officially offered a scholarship -- maybe one of those "You come now, go on scholarship later" deals, but Dylan said, "All that really matters is I'm going to be a Hog. Without all the specific details of how it's happening, I will be a Hog."
So, for now, not yet calling that an official addition to the signing class.
