Is there a reason Josh Allen isn't listed as a HOG recruit over here? The other sites have him and shows Arkansas with 15 recruits. I haven't heard of any problems.

There's a Rivals rule called the 'out of football rule,' and if a player falls into that category, which Allen does, then he can't be ranked. Rivals only ranks high school, juco and prep players, and Allen is none of those. Ultimately, it won't affect the class ranking anyway.
