Hoyer is 1-for-5 for 19 yards, including an INT deep in Houston territory. KC converted its first TD after the pick, then just scored another TD after Hoyer failed to move the Texans. It's 14-0, it's still early, but this was the downward spiral that Hoyer was on in the second half of the 2014 season in Cleveland.
